Case study · Kaisercraft
How Kaisercraft saves around 150 hours a week on despatch
- Time saved
- ~150 hrs / week
- Label process
- 3 steps → 1
- Growth it supports
- +80% cartons
The challenge
Kaisercraft printed its labels as PDFs, then imported them into a separate sorting system that grouped them by SKU so they matched the way the warehouse packs. Three steps and two systems for every print run: slow, manual, and one more place for things to go wrong.
What we built
We looked at how Kaisercraft actually picks and packs, then built a Print by SKU feature directly into DispatchHub. Staff can now:
- sort orders by SKU inside DispatchHub, and
- print labels straight away, with no PDF export and no external sorting system.
The result
Three steps became one. Kaisercraft estimates it saves around 150 hours a week, and credits the feature with getting its Christmas peak out the door while it plans for an 80% increase in cartons.
