Questions we get asked
Is DispatchHub cloud based?
No, and that is deliberate. It is installed on your own server for stability, speed and security. Clients who have used cloud dispatch systems told us their biggest problem was being unable to create connotes when their internet went down.
Do you charge per seat or per workstation?
No. You can run unlimited workstations within each location or warehouse, so the warehouse, customer service, accounts and management teams can all use it.
Can it connect to our WMS or ERP?
Yes. We have integrated with Pronto, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and many more, so orders flow in without re-keying and the connote number and freight cost flow back.
Can an import be fully automated through to printed labels?
Yes. If the file carries all the data, DispatchHub creates the connote under the selected carrier and prints the labels with nobody touching it.
What database does it use?
Microsoft SQL Server. We can use your existing SQL Server or install the free Express edition.
Where is your support team, and how does it work?
In Eastern Creek, NSW. There is no ticket system: whoever answers the phone logs in remotely and deals with it straight away, with 24/7 after-hours support for emergencies.
