FMS Transport Software
DispatchHub and FMS PickHub
AI that works for you, on your terms
Let AI check your carrier invoices, explain your on-time deliveries and tell you how the picking floor is going. Run it on your own server with no internet, or online with Claude and other leading models through your own account. Or leave it off: nothing depends on it.
Three choices, one setting
Each site chooses for itself, and can change its mind at any time.
The default
Off
Nothing changes. Dispatching and picking never depend on AI, and no question ever leaves your site.
No internet
On your own server
An AI model runs on a server inside your network. Questions and answers never leave the building, and there is no charge per question.
Most capable
Online, your own account
Use Claude or another leading model through your own account. You pay the provider directly, set your own spending limit and choose the model.
Models you can use
Pick the model from a list. New models appear as the providers release them, with no update to DispatchHub or PickHub needed.
Anthropic Claude
Opus, Sonnet and Haiku. Our first choice for reading invoices and explaining reports.
OpenAI
The GPT models behind ChatGPT, through your own OpenAI account.
Microsoft Azure OpenAI
For businesses that already run on Microsoft and want AI inside their own Azure agreement.
Google Gemini and Mistral
And other providers that use the same industry-standard connection.
Open models on your server
Llama, Qwen, Gemma, Mistral and others, run with Ollama or LM Studio. No internet needed.
Product names belong to their owners. FMS is not affiliated with these providers.
In DispatchHub
Carrier invoice reconciliation
The AI reads each carrier invoice, whatever its layout: PDF, Excel or CSV. DispatchHub matches every line to the consignment and checks it against the cost it expected. Lines that match are ticked off; you only look at the exceptions.
Every difference explained
Charged over the contract rate, billed twice, a con note you never booked, weight or cubic changed, surcharges added. Each one is listed with the reason in plain English, and the AI can draft the email to the carrier.
On-time delivery, in plain words
Each carrier is measured against the delivery time it promised. DispatchHub works out the figures, and the AI tells you which carriers and areas are slipping, and since when.
Ask about your freight
Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague, such as “which carrier cost us most to Western Australia last month?”, and get the answer from your own figures.
In FMS PickHub
Productivity, explained
Picks per hour, wrong scans and short picks, by picker, shift and wave, explained in plain words: what changed, where time is lost and who might need a hand.
The same three choices
Off, on your own server or online with your own account, exactly as in DispatchHub. Picking never waits for AI.
Your data, your control
The figures are ours, the words are the AI’s
DispatchHub and PickHub do every calculation from your data. The AI explains the results; it never invents the numbers.
Your rules choose the carrier
Carrier and service are chosen by your rules and your rates, never guessed by AI, so every choice can be explained.
Totals, not names
Reports send totals only. Receiver names and addresses are sent only if you switch that on.
Every question logged
Who asked, when, for what and how long it took. Your API key is stored encrypted and never shown in full.
Your account, your terms
Online AI runs on your own agreement with the provider, so you choose whose terms suit you. If nothing may leave your site, run it on your own server.
Switch it off any time
One setting. Everything else carries on exactly as before.
